Cuts are usually available within a week. Colour and balayage appointments with our senior team book two to three weeks out, and Saturdays fill fastest. Bridal parties should reach out three to six months ahead.

We ask for 24 hours' notice so we can offer the time to someone on the waitlist. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged at 50% of the service, and no-shows at the full amount.

Yes. Every appointment opens with a consultation, and we also offer standalone 20-minute consultations at no charge for anyone considering a major colour change or corrective work.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac debit, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Gift cards are available in-salon and by phone. Gratuity can be added to any card payment.

There are two reserved client spots behind the building, accessible from the lane off Boteler Street. Metered street parking runs along Sussex Drive, and the Rideau Centre garage is a six-minute walk away.

Yes. Amara and Élise both cut curls dry, in their natural pattern, and our colour work is adapted for high-porosity and previously relaxed hair.

The main floor is step-free with a wide entrance and an accessible washroom. Let us know when booking if you need a station with additional space and we will reserve one.
